1.SSC MTS :
SSC MTS or Staff Selection Commission-Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination is a national level exam conducted by SSC for recruitment of candidates in General Central Service Group-C non-gazetted, non-ministerial posts in various ministries, departments and offices of Government of India. Candidates recruited as multi-tasking staff by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) fall in Pay Band-1 (Rs 5,200-20,200) + Grade Pay Rs 1,800.
2.National Defence Academy (NDA) :
The National Defence Academy (NDA) is the joint services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three services, the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force train together before they go on to respective service academy for further pre-commissioning training. The NDA is located in Khadakwasla, Pune, Maharashtra. It is the first tri-service academy in the world.
3. SCRA (SPECIAL CLASS RAILWAY APPRENTICE ) :
The Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA) program is one of the country’s first engineering colleges, and admissions have been hotly contested, with as many as 2,500,000 candidates [citation needed] taking the entrance examination, now conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), for about 42 seats. The examination comprises written tests in mathematics, physics, chemistry, English language, general knowledge, and a psychological test (mental ability). The selected candidates are called for an interview, which is followed by a medical examination.
4.Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) :
There are many vacancies in the Indian Railways for candidates who have passed class 12. Some of the vacancies in the Indian Railways are assistant loco pilot, office assistants, station master, and ticket collector. The basic qualification required to apply for these posts is a high school graduate certificate. Depending on the requirement, the board has the authority to change the prerequisites.
5. Security Forces :
Apart from the defense, there are various opening in the security forces for candidates who have passed class 12. With a 10+2 graduate certificate, a candidate can apply for a few positions in the Border Security Force (BSF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).
6. SSC CHSL :
Staff Selection Commission-Combined Higher Secondary Level (SSC CHSL) is a national-level level exam conducted by SSC every year. The exam is conducted to recruit eligible candidates for the below-mentioned posts in various ministries/departments/offices of the Government of India.
(i) Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)
(ii)Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)
(iii)Postal Assistant (PA)
(iv)Sorting Assistant (SA)
(v)Data Entry Operator (DEO)
(vi)DEO (Grade A)
7. STATE POLICE :
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2020):
For Male Candidates: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 22 years
For Female Candidates: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 25 years
8. TECHNICAL ENTRY :
Technical Entry Scheme, Indian Army 10+2 TES Entry is for 10+2 pass candidates to join the Indian Army as officers. Through this entry male candidate who has passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and mathematics subjects, for the grant of Permanent Commission in the Army, as Engineers. The selection procedure of TES is that candidates above 70% in PCM apply through online mode Shortlisting of applications is done based on the cutoff percentage.
This Entry Comes twice a year and allows science students with more than 80% to come directly to SSB Interview.
9. Indian Navy :
A high school graduate certificate is the educational qualification for posts of the sailor, cadet entry in technical diploma and senior secondary recruits (SSR) as well as artificer apprentice.
10. Indian Coast Guard :
One can also take up positions at the Indian Coast Guard after graduating high school. One can apply for the posts of naviks (sailors) and yantriks (technicians), assistant commandants and airmen in IAF.
